When you join the IBEX Family, one of our inspectors will perform a free inspection on your roof and gutters. If there is insufficient hail damage to warrant an insurance claim, and you do not want to purchase a new roof out of pocket, we’ll perform limited maintenance.

Our Inspection Process

We ensure that you and your loved ones are safe in your home! The roof is the first line of defense from the elements.

DAMAGED DOWNSPOUTS

Damaged downspouts can cause water to pool at your home's foundation, eventually wreaking havoc on your home. We check to ensure there are no leaks or areas where water pools.

DOWNSPOUT EXTENSIONS

We'll check the downspout extensions or splash blocks and determine if they need to be replaced. We recommend you add extensions to ensure rainwater clears your foundation.

HAIL DAMAGE ASSESSMENT

Hail damage is typical in the midwest, and our inspectors check your gutter's condition to determine if your insurance provider will likely purchase your gutters.
